New blog information!

Brit and I consider ourselves to be food enthusiasts. We enjoy savory food and really want to keep track of the great places that we go. We are brave and try all different sorts of places. Anywhere from fancy dining all the way to hole in the wall gold mines, we agree that food is fun. Even though the scale does not agree with our food hobby we are all about it. To remind our tastes buds what we do and don't like we are starting a food blog. If you want to keep up on our thoughts, opinions and tastes visit us at loveorangefood

This would be my cool kid just kickin it!
Charlotte is really cute and Zoey enjoyed holding a baby again.
Zoey and Jackson got a kick out of passing Charlotte off to each other. It was great to be with her on her special day.
Maggie wanted to poke her eyes out...
Super cute cousins
Caught in the act of climbing on top of the playhouse... The kids have convinced the Grammies that it is totally okay to climb on the top. Ashlee and I got a good laugh out of their sneakiness...
They have such cute smiles

Mother's Day

Cannonball over dads head

Baby got back!
She really was happy!
A special day for special girls! I will share Mother's Day with you any day!

Mother's Day and Maggie's Birthday was great. We all went in to Maggie's room and sung her Happy Birthday. Then Brit made all the girls breakfast in bed. Zoey did a great job singing her song to me in church and I loved it! Brit took Maggie at church and I enjoyed RS all by myself. We had lunch, Zoey made me a picture at school and said she would make my bed. She did a great job making it 5 mins before my nap! =) Then we went swimming. I think is was Maggie's first swim! We all enjoyed it! We enjoyed a few hours playing in the back yard on the bounce house. A well enjoyed Mother's day and Birthday!

Fun times

I made this for Zoey's teacher for teacher appreacition week.

Maggie loves noise! She follows me with the vaccuum, and this was her trying to follow her dad...

Maggie's 1st Birthday

Maggie's Birthday party was today. It was great having lots of friends and family over. Guests Tom and his daughter Keziah(Tom and Sue watch maggie everyday) Brenna, Riley, Shay, Cameron, Jacob, Gabby, Grammy, Popsie, Abby, Jamie, Jonathan, Keala, Lannan, Harper, Margot, Marci, and the Missinaries We enjoyed great food and had fun visiting. Maggie was fussy...till we gave her cake. Then she was a happy camper. The kids played all day on the bounce house. This was one busy day but a great day! Love the company! And the kids are great. In the heart of it. Do you think she liked it? All cleaned up and ready to play.
She was super happy to have her very own cake. She was wiggling her feet in happiness. LOVE HER!!!

Let's play music

Let's play music is a 3 year program that teaches kids the basics of music with using their entire body. In the first year they learn the notes, how to read music, chords, how to play the bells, sing on key and play the auto harp. Next year she starts the keyboard then the piano. By year 3 she will compose her own songs. She played the bells on key in the recital today! She messed up once but jumped back in on key. It was great to see all the hard work and practice pay off
This is her playing the Auto Harp. She is looking at her instructor to make sure she is on beat! YEAH! She is AWESOME and did not mess up! Zoey Did great!
First year is done!

Instant slumber PARTY!

Zoey had the triples over for a sleepover last week. I love these girls! I will have them over any day!

Brit achieves the Woodbadge

His new groupies The boys were super excited for him and they got to hear the WHOLE song, you know the Woodbadge sing along! It was funny!
I totally missed the solo on Brit but here is the last part of the song...
Brit is what I call a hardcore Scouter... and the boys know it. After the meeting he said, "I let a few slide tonight but I really want to see them with their shirts tucked in and make sure they have the patches in the right spots."
